• Final numbers and details must be confirmed prior to the event

 •Catering and service requirements must be agreed in advance

 

Specific event terms may be provided at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice provided

• Changes to bookings are subject to availability

• The Club reserves the right to adjust or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

 

4. Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice

• Full payment terms will be outlined at time of booking or service

 

5. Membership

Membership of the Club is subject to:

• Approval in accordance with Club rules and relevant legislation

• Payment of applicable membership fees

 

Members must comply with:

6. Responsible Service & Gaming

The Club operates in accordance with Queensland laws relating to:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG)

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service

• Remove patrons from the premises

• Enforce all regulatory requirements

 

7. Promotions & Events

From time to time, the Club may run promotions, raffles, or events.

• Entry conditions will be specified for each promotion

• Prizes are not transferable unless stated

• The Club reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
